The product is just awful I can’t say anymore. I have given this business more than one opportunity to prove they provide quality, but they do not. For the third time I was identified as having eyes far worse than they are. The script given was so wrong that I could not see properly with the progressive lenses. When this happened the first time they accused me of not giving them time, until that is, I went elsewhere and had my eyes retested to prove them wrong. I then, years later, thought I would try them again, but no, same rubbish and again had them retested elsewhere to prove them wrong. I just don’t care how lovely they are, the product is garbage and the people testing eyes are not good enough. Having spoken to many other people, they too would never choose specsavers because of the poor product. If I could give a minus star, they would get minus 3.

Great service and thorough consultation. Optometrist discussed at length my current eyesight and what to expect in the future. Highly recommend.

I’ve always gone to shopping centres due to the healthcare deals and bigger range in frames, got recommended to come here and I was so happy with what I got and the lady that served me said my glasses weren’t the right make for my eyes, I have my new glasses and contacts no headaches happened, the service is great they really personalise the frames for you and give honest opinions, it’s more personal here cause it’s a family business, didn’t feel like I was being brushed off like at spec savers, opsm etc. The people here are also way more experienced not young retail assistants- they know what they’re doing here, was super happy and I recommend

Manager Erin was extremely polite, kind and helpful. She contacted me straight away to resolve an issue with my glasses. Erin took the time to listen to what was wrong, she helped me to make a new suitable selection, and quickly resolved the issue. The best customer service experience I have ever had. Thank you Erin for being so helpful and nice.

I had issues with my first pair and the team at Specsaver were fantastic sorting out a replacement pair. Briget was extra helpful and made sure my second pair were perfect. Fabulous service.

I took my kids in for an appointment to get eyes checked. The feeling was rushed during the testing section with 3 young children on my own and my 7 year old taken into a seperate room so I was a little stressed by the time I was ordering my daughters glasses. Danica made conversation with us whilst going through the fitting process and made me feel so much more at ease. Thanks so much Danica. I probably wouldn't have stayed otherwise.

Alex at spearwood is a gem, great guy, wat a personality.My glasses were dent, he fixed it in minutes, took measurements of new ones.Good and rewarding experience.

Booked eye test appointment online for 9.10am. Store opens at 9.00am. 3 people seen before me, went up to counter to question why I should wait when people had walked in off street without booking appointment. I advised I had to travel some considerable distant to work and that is why I took the first appointment available. Told sorry, first come first served. What is the point of booking online appointments if you can't be taken at your appointment time. Definitely not the same since Tom left the business.
